I completed a Brief but I did not get paid

At Bulbshare, not all Briefs include a reward, but when a Brief is paid, the reward will always be clearly stated in the Brief description before you begin.

Key information about paid Briefs:

1. Reward information
   If a Brief offers a reward, it will be mentioned upfront in the Brief description. You will know exactly what you can expect before completing the task.

2. Payment processing
   If you’ve completed a paid Brief but haven’t received your payment yet, please allow up to 14 days for processing. Payment processing can take some time, so this is the standard timeframe to wait.

3. Still waiting for payment?
   If it has been longer than 14 days or if you’re unsure whether the Brief was paid, please raise a support ticket. Our team will investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
